Does StatCounter Bans IP From Indonesia

Few days ago I decided to using StatCounter tracking service to maintain my blog visitor. I know there is Google Analytic but I just want to made some comparison report between them.Cause as far as I know Google Analytic tend to delete some kind of report. Not to mention that StatCounter have feature such where my visitor coming from based from their IP address (?).

So I went to StatCounter and register new account. It's kinda easy, just click click and  done. After finishing the registration process and getting my tracking code, I insert it on here. everything went smooth, no complicated process, no error. So... time to check..

I trying to open my blog but the loading time kinda very slow, I though it was my connection issue. While waiting, I checking my ping response and whoops it's normal. Not my internet problem then. But my blog still loading till it's stopped, browser said website down. Jeez what's going on??

Second attempt, I try to open my friend blog. Still.. can't be opened. Umm.. Maybe blogger went down.
OK check it down for everyone or just me. Sigh.. those website said it's just me. What happen to my computer then??

I can open another website such as gmail, yahoo, twitter. Man this is crap.
Maybe I should reach StatCounter CS to report this error. Guess what.. I can't open StatCounter.com!! WTF

Curiousity drive me to remove StatCounter tracking code from my blog. Try to acces my blog again and it's open now. StatCounter fault then??

I remember that I have Aingcong Web-Proxy (always use this to bypass ISP restriction), so to make sure I try open StatCounter.com through. Viola.. it's open, bit confusing huh.

So I came to premature conclusion based from all those error above.

Does StatCounter block IP from Indonesia??

* At the moment I'm waiting response from StatCounter CS,, hope they address this soon.
